Week 10 - UI Improvement & Pause Menu


Added Death Counter, and Level indicator to the game UI. Fruits counter and Death counter uses icons instead of text.

We also finished the Pause mechanics for our game. When the player hits the "Escape" button, the game will stop and the pause menu will show up.

Icons Assets are from "Pixel Adventure" by Pixel Frog & "Free 2D Mega Pack" by Brackeys.
